How Fratrem Group Ltd collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use Healthcare Food Futures.
1. Who controls your data

2. What we collect
When you join the CPD event list we collect your first name, email address, role, optional organisation type, region, interests and contribution interest. We also record your consent wording, version, date and time, the page you signed up on, confirmation status and technical information needed for security. Traffic-source information is only stored if you consent to analytics. We do not ask for health or other special-category data.
If you make a sponsorship enquiry, we collect your name, job title, company, work email, optional phone, area of interest and message. If you contact us, we collect your name, email and message. These are kept separate from the CPD event alert list.
3. Why we use it and our lawful bases
We send CPD event alerts and occasional updates about the CPD programme on the basis of your consent. We keep consent records and manage the list to meet legal obligations and our legitimate interests in demonstrating compliance. We process security and anti-abuse information under our legitimate interests in protecting the site. Optional analytics are only used with consent. We handle sponsorship and contact enquiries under our legitimate interests in replying to business and general enquiries.
You can withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
4. Who receives your data
Hostinger provides our hosting and database infrastructure. Our email-sending service processes email delivery on our behalf. Where providers process data outside the UK, we use applicable international transfer safeguards. We never sell attendee data or give it to sponsors by default. We would only share details with a specifically named sponsor if you gave separate, specific, unticked-by-default consent for that sponsor.
5. How long we keep it
Confirmed subscribers remain on the list until they unsubscribe. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days. A minimal suppression record of unsubscribed emails is kept to honour opt-outs. Consent records are kept for six years after the relationship ends. Enquiry messages are retained only as long as needed to respond and manage the related business matter.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or erasure of your information, restrict or object to processing, request portability where applicable, and withdraw consent. Contact us through the About page to exercise your rights or request deletion. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
7. Changes
We may update this notice as the platform develops. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. If we add an external email platform for broadcasts, we will name it as a processor here before using it.
