Sponsorship Policy
Our rules for transparent sponsorship and independent content.
Who can sponsor
Companies whose products or services are relevant to healthcare food, nutrition, catering, sustainability or procurement may enquire. We may decline any sponsor at our discretion, including where association could harm trust, patient safety or public health goals.
Editorial independence
Sponsors fund events and receive agreed recognition; they do not approve or edit independent content, speakers or findings. Sponsor-presented sessions are labelled “Sponsor session”. As part of sponsorship, two speaker slots are available to sponsors and are clearly labelled as sponsor sessions.
Clear labelling
Every sponsor is named on the event page, registration page and recordings. Where a sponsor pays but does not control the content, it is labelled “Sponsored by [Company]”. Paid promotional content controlled by a sponsor is labelled “Advertisement feature”.
No NHS endorsement
Sponsors must not state or imply NHS approval, use the NHS logo, or describe attendees or Trusts as their partners or customers because of an event. Sponsorship does not imply endorsement by Healthcare Food Futures either.
Attendee data
Sponsors receive no attendee data by default. We may share aggregate, anonymous attendance figures only, unless attendees separately opt in to a specifically named sponsor.
Claims and agreement
Sponsors are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their own materials, including health, nutrition and environmental claims. Each sponsorship is governed by a written agreement with Fratrem Group Ltd covering fees, deliverables, cancellation, liability caps, indemnities for sponsor materials, intellectual property and termination.
